$8m residential renovation project on a private island was completed on schedule. The project included demolishing three large existing guest houses down to basic structure and brought back to Level 5 finishes to internationally renowned architect / interior designers’ specifications. Directly responsible for all site activities, sub-contractors, material and manpower, logistics, design coordination, and communications.
