Beach Bar on a Private Island in the Exumas
$3 million beach bar on Little Halls Pond Cay in the Exumas. The building was a remake of a bar featured in the movie Rum Diaries. Hurricane-rated structure. The project was on a remote and undeveloped part of the island and required the construction of a temporary ramp on an environmentally sensitive beach to bring equipment and materials ashore.
