Project Management

At the core of Out Island Life is years of knowledge and experience in construction and project management throughout the many islands of The Bahamas. We specialize in overseeing the construction of developments and custom homes.

At Out Island Life, we start working with buyers with the pursuit of a property, before there is even a construction plan. We are involved with the design of the home with the architects and engineers. It frequently begins with an idea, and a simple sketch. We are with you through the process of putting together budgets as the design phase unfolds, making sure that you aren’t in for any surprises. We then assist you in putting together a team of qualified tradesmen.

Building in The Bahamas isn’t like building elsewhere, there are a lot of logistics that can make it a complicated (and expensive) task. So before you jump into building your dream home on a private island, or purchasing vacant ocean-front land, browse through our articles below so you can get an idea of what it might entail, or contact us directly with any questions you might have.

This process doesn’t have to be a headache. We are here to make sure the construction process goes as smoothly and painlessly as possible.

Consulting

Are you considering building in the Out Islands and don’t know where to start? We can assist you with providing a consultation to target your precise needs and budget. It’s often difficult to comprehend the scope of a project in a remote location, as the resources you typically need are not at your fingertips. We can map out your project from start to finish, and give you realistic budgets and time frames.
